SHIPPING POLICY

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND RATES

We currently ship only within the United States. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

 

Standard Shipping: $5.85, estimated delivery time of 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all orders totaling $100.00 USD or more.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Occasional delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your package to its destination.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Cozyclevergoods is not liable for products lost or damaged in transit after being handed to the shipping carrier. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@saturninuss.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
